Welcome
You may be carrying a lot right now.
Maybe you've received a diagnosis, or someone you love has. Maybe you're in the thick of treatment - or living in the quiet, uncertain space that follows. Maybe you're holding it all together for your family, your work, your kids - while inside, you feel like you're barely staying upright.
I'm glad you're here.
My name is Kelley Nay, and I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 17 years of experience supporting people through significant life transitions - particularly those related to cancer, caregiving, illness, changes in roles or sense of self, and relational change. I offer a calm, grounded space where you can sort through what's happening, find your footing, and reconnect with what matters most.
Whether you're in the middle of treatment, supporting someone you love, or simply trying to make sense of a hard season - you don't have to do it alone.
Feel free to look around my website. And if you'd like to connect, I'd be glad to hear from you.
